SHIPPING

1 - How long does shipping take? 

- Processing times take place on Monday - Friday, and total including shipping USA takes 7-10 Business days. Global shipping can range from 10-25 business days depending on where you live.

2 - What if my order is damaged due to shipper, delayed, or if shipper fails to deliver item properly?

- Any shipping concern should be relayed to the shipper, as Notoryus Apparel is NOT responsible for any shipping errors.

3- What happens if the shipment fails or refused?

- As soon as we receive the items, we will refund you the total price (not including shipping).

4- Are you guys responsible for VAT?

- Notoryus Apparel is not responsible for any custom fees or VAT.

RETURNS

(Please not that apparel and accessories are shipped separately.) 

1 - Can we return unharmed items?

- Yes, as long as you return within the 15 days of the shipping date. Once we receive the return package, we will inspect it, and once it passes, you will be issued a refund withing 12 business days. Order must be in perfect condition and free of any make-up/fragrance.

2- How about Exchanges?

- We do not offer exchanges, but you may return the team and receive a gift card for that amount.

3 - Can I Change/cancel order or order info  

- We cannot guarantee that we will be able to change or cancel an order. You can however email us at service.notoryus@gmail.com within 2 days of your order. You can return the items and be issued a full refund (not including shipping).

4 - I received a faulty product/ wrong size. What do I do?

Send us a photo and description in our contact form within THREE days of receiving your order. If late, we will not be able to issue a refund.
