Shipping Policy

For the USA, you should revive your item after 7-10 days after ordering.

For Global customers, the times vary, and items could take up to 25 days.

Your package is handled and packaged with care.

If you received a damaged item that was a result of the shipping, contact your local carrier, as we are NOT responsible for such damages.

If you received a faulty product because of a manufacturing error, you have three days to report to us with a photo and description. If late, a refund cannot be issued.

To send back a wrong sized product, the product must be in its original shipping container and in PERFECT condition. Any fragrance or stains or exterior wear and tear are not our responsibility, and a refund will not be issued.

Upon inspection, if approved and sent back to our HQ within 15 days of ship date, you will be issued a refund within 12 business days.
